General Terms and Conditions for the Intermediary of Healthcare Provision by itFinity s.r.o.
(hereinafter referred to as “GTC”)
1. Opening Clause
1.1 The company itFinity s.r.o., registered seat at Jelšová 2775/20 Košice-Vyšné Opátske, IČO: 56413858, entered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Košice, Sec. s.r.o., folder No. 60083/V (hereinafter referred to as the “Intermediary”), provides healthcare intermediary services. The Client is specified in more detail in the GTC (paragraph 1.3, f of the GTC) (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”). These GTC regulate contractual relations and define the rights and obligations between the Intermediary and the Client.
Terms and relations not regulated by the Agreement and these GTC have the meaning assigned to them by valid and effective legal regulations which are part of the legal order of the Slovak Republic.
Services are provided on the site elite-health.net (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”).
2. Scope and Acceptance
2.1 Scope
These Terms govern your use of the Site and all services, content, and products provided by or through itFinity s.r.o (“we,” “us,” “our,” or the “Company”).
2.2 Acceptance
By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the Site immediately.
2.3 Amendments
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after such posting constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
3. Eligibility
3.1 Age Requirement
The Site is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
3.2 Legal Capacity
You must have the legal authority to enter into these Terms and to use the Site in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
4. Services Overview
4.1 Healthcare Intermediary and Travel Services
itFinity s.r.o. may facilitate access to or provide information about:

(collectively, “Services”).
4.2 No Medical Advice
All information provided on this Site is for general informational purposes and should not be construed as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. A separate contract will be signed between the Intermediary and the Client to agree on details of provided medical services. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any medical decisions.
4.3 Third-Party Providers
We may collaborate with third-party clinics, hospitals, travel agencies, or other service providers. We do not endorse or assume liability for the acts, omissions, or services of these third parties. Warranty and conditions of provided healthcare will be a subject of the signed contract between the Healthcare Provider and the Client.
5. Membership & Purchases
5.1 Membership Plans
If you purchase a membership through the Site, you agree to pay all applicable fees and abide by any membership-specific terms provided at the time of purchase. Each Membership plan has a defined validity period, as detailed in its description. You must use any benefits included in your Membership within this specified period. Once the validity period expires, you lose the right to claim any remaining benefits—even if you did not use them before expiration.
In specific cases involving unforeseen or unintentional circumstances, you may request an extension of your Membership period by contacting the Intermediary. The Intermediary will review your request and decide whether an extension is warranted.
When taking advantage of benefits under a purchased Membership or package (or multiple packages), you are obliged to follow the standard rules and procedures for scheduling and booking appointments as communicated during the purchase process or outlined on the Site.
5.2 Product Purchases
Any physical or digital products offered for sale through the Site are subject to availability. Prices may change without prior notice.
5.3 Payment & Billing
You authorize the Company (and any payment processing service provider we use) to charge the payment method you provide at checkout. If any payment is returned unpaid, or if a credit card or other payment transaction is declined, the Company reserves the right to cancel your order or Membership.
5.4 Refunds & Cancellations

Right to Contact & Support

6. User Accounts

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in unlawful or fraudulent use of our Services.
7. Privacy & Data Protection

8. Newsletters & Marketing Emails
8.1 Subscription

8.2 Unsubscribe/Opt-Out
You may opt out at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in our emails or by contacting us directly at the email address provided. Please allow a reasonable time to process your request.
9. Common and Final Provisions
9.1 The Intermediary has the right to unilaterally change these GTC. The change of the GTC will be published on the Intermediary’s website, on the subpage “Terms and conditions.” The Client is obliged to get acquainted with the changes of the GTC. At the same time, the GTC take effect on the day of publication and replace the formerly effective GTC.
9.2 Legal relations established by the Contract, which are not explicitly regulated in it, are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic.
9.3 If some provisions of the GTC are not valid or effective in whole or in part or later lose their validity or effectiveness, this does not affect the validity or effectiveness of other provisions of the GTC. Instead of invalid and/or ineffective provisions, legislation shall be applied which, as far as possible, is as close as possible to the meaning and purpose of the provision which is affected by invalidity or ineffectiveness.
9.4 For the avoidance of any discrepancies and doubts, any consignment sent by post by one of the contracting parties specified in the Contract shall be deemed to have been delivered to the addressee after 5 working days from the date of dispatch, unless delivery is proved at an earlier date.
9.5 In the event that, according to the Contract or the GTC, notification of the fact to the Client by a notice on the Intermediary’s website is assumed, these notifications shall be deemed to have been announced on the day of their publication on the website.
9.6 In cases where notification of the fact to the Client by e-mail is expected, such notification shall be deemed to have been notified at the time of sending it. If the e-mail message was sent outside working days (i.e. Saturday, Sunday, non-working days, and public holidays), the day of delivery is considered to be 09:00 on the next following working day.
9.7 Any amendment or supplement to the Contract or the GTC requires a written form.
9.8 By signing, the Client undertakes to comply with the conditions agreed in the GTC. At the same time, the Client confirms with his signature that he has read the GTC in detail and that any ambiguities have been explained to him by the Intermediary.
